Hah, well said! :) As far as I can tell the truth seems to be somewhere in the middle.

Nicely put Charlsie...

I just got back from China, and the smog is so bad there you can feel it in the air when you breathe.

Lima, Peru is the same way... So much so that the first day I was there I took a rain jacket with me for the entire day because I thought it was going to rain. Unfortunately I was wrong. It was my first trip into an atmosphere like that, and I came away with a new respect for the EPA in the US..

Now, I'm not a tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination.. but we gotta do something about it.

Is it all the United States fault? (Contrary to some liberal view points...) Hell no. But something must be done about the pollution.

Let's tackle global warming after pollution.. though I'm honestly not sold on the fact that we caused all of it in the first place, I'd just prefer to first focus on the stuff we did do.

AMEN, to that!! Maybe in addressing the environmental issues currently at stake, we will also mitigate against any future potentialities.
